Toska (Gloom) is the new single from the Quinsy band. It includes two songs in Russian.
The first and the main song speaks for unbearable solitude and decay, when there is nothing left but endless grief and boredom and all the good times are now nothing but fading memories.
Toska features back vocal by Ksenia Eclipse (the leader of Eclipse dance formation), music is written by Vladimir 4.44 Tkebuchava and Pavel (Kombine) Shelekhov.
The second track Inogda (Sometimes) is a brand new version of the song we know and love. The sound here looks up to that of live show.
Both songs are well-balanced as every band member plays his own instrument during recording process. This manner has become the innovative way of releasing tracks.
These tracks will be featured on the new album of The Quinsy, which is almost finished (some tracks are waiting for the sound mixing). Coming soon, stay tuned!
